Partnering with Crown’s business units and key stakeholders, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will oversee the day to day recruitment activities for the Corporate and Support Services portfolios. Integral to the success of this role is your ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing & selection plans and manage workload effectively to ensure we deliver against agreed service levels to the business. You will be candidate focused and passionate about the Crown brand ensuring that you position Crown as an Employer of Choice in all interactions with candidates and stakeholders alike!

What you need:

• Demonstrated success in a high volume and/or specialist recruitment role for an internal function
• Proven success in sourcing proactive talent, utilising various channels
• The ability to forecast workload, coupled with demonstrated success in pipelining talent and talent pooling
• The ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and provide expert advice and guidance on recruitment matters and employment legislation
• Be a team player who role models excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
• Have strong skills in problems solving and negotiating
• Be process driven with a high attention to detail
