The role

Our Accounts team has a requirement for a new Junior Finance Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who wants to train towards completing AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) and develop within an accounts department.

Responsibilities

· Purchase ledger processing

· Sales ledger processing

· Bank Reconciliations

· Credit balance monthly reporting

· SL manual invoices on request

· Supporting Admin duties for All areas

· Maintaining petty cash

· Support Monthly commissions

· Adhoc duties as required

Desired personal attributes

· Self-motivated

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Good arithmetic skills

· Computer literate with basic Excel and Outlook skills

· Excellent attention to detail
