Crowd DNA Hiring for Finance Administrator Job at London, England Full Time

We’re looking for a dedicated Finance Administrator to join our Central functions team for 20 or 21 hours per week based in our London office. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this individual will be responsible for providing support on all aspects of financial administration and processing for the wider team around the world – currently London, New York, Sydney, Singapore, Amsterdam and Stockholm.

The details:

• Providing back-office support for all offices with accounts payable & receivable, credit control and payroll, to include (but not be limited to):
• Accounts Receivable – raising and issuing invoices to clients
• Accounts Receivable – credit control, i.e. ensuring cash is collected on time
• Accounts Payable – raising purchase orders for the wider team
• Accounts Payable – entering invoices / receipts onto our finance system
• Banking – managing supplier payments
• Banking – paying participant incentives
• Banking – posting / matching bank transactions
• Management Accounts – journals as required posting payroll, depreciation, prepayments etc
• Management Accounts – reconciling balance sheet accounts including all Bank and credit / debit card accounts, Fixed Asset Register etc
• Other – timesheet data management, making sure everyone has posted their time correctly in our systems
• Ad-hoc financial administration as required

Key skills and attributes:

• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Quickbooks
• Good understanding of book-keeping procedures
• Time-management
• Organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and preferably Google Sheets
• Problem solving skills
• Proactive approach
