Commercial Insurance Account Representative Responsibilities

• Work with agency producers, clients, and underwriters to get accurate information to service existing accounts and write new business.
• Provide account management by creating endorsements, providing Certificates of Insurance and ID cards, thorough document review, data entry and activity tracking in agency management system
• Build relationships with clients and multiple carriers to provide an ultimate customer service experience on behalf of the agency
• Review company renewals – verify each for accuracy and facilitates corrections
• Access multiple systems to quote renewing accounts and new business
• Track claim progress, cancellation requests, and related items
• Present information and respond to questions from clients and representatives from multiple companies

Commercial Insurance Account Representative Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty License required
• 1+ yrs. insurance experience
• Full knowledge of insurance products
• Thorough and detail-oriented
• Agency Management System knowledge
