You will play a critical role in optimizing the operational aspects of Trilogy’s expanding portfolio of technology companies. What You Will Be Doing

• Designing and implementing scalable operational frameworks, processes, and policies to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across portfolio companies.
• Collaborating with executive leadership and functional heads to identify operational improvement opportunities, streamline workflows, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate operational performance, providing regular s and insights to executive leadership.
• Developing high-performing operational teams, cultivating a culture that embraces high-quality, high standards, accountability, continuous improvement, and efficiency.

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable operational frameworks and processes, driving efficiency and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights, identify trends, and make data-driven operational decisions.

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
