About the Role:

As our new Talent Acquisition Executive at CROSSMARK Australia, your day-to-day responsibilities will include will managing our portfolio of vacancies across our full time recruitment division. The successful candidate will have have an understanding of HR & recruitment practices and looking to take the next step in their career.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Liaise with key stakeholders to determine job briefs
• Advertise vacancies internally and externally
• Proactively source candidates through various channels
• Preparation of employment contracts and on boarding documentation

About You:

• Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition
• You will be resilient and able to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to develop and foster relationships
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
