Coffee Care Specialist

Job Role:
As Jacobs Douwe Egberts Coffee Care Specialist, you will be representing the company in a customer service oriented and professional manner, you will focus on servicing our customers in ensuring our coffee equipment is in excellent working order, our customers are trained in the cleaning and use of our equipment and ensuring they only our consumables.

Initial 6 Month Contract

Full Time position on a weekly rotating shift
Monday – Friday (6am -8pm)

Prestigious Brisbane CBD location

Duties:

• Customer care; including responding to all enquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
• Maintaining Coffee Machines and Tea Stations
• Cleaning and basic repairs of all JDE coffee machines and equipment
• Daily reporting on repair issues
• Weekly stock management
• Cash handling and reporting
• Promoting and highlighting brand and products

Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• Professional and friendly manner
• Ability to problem solve and work autonomously
• Ability to work collaboratively across different levels
• Administrative skills including use of Microsoft Office
