About the Role:

Crossland is seeking an individual that is passionate about construction and passionate about people, to join our Talent Team. This position plays a crucial role in the future growth of the company and would primarily be responsible for sourcing and hiring College Interns and other full time employees. This position requires travel, overnight stays, company events and reporting to executives.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Travel to career fairs and events throughout the year
• Knowledgeable with LinkedIn and Indeed recruiting platforms
• Utilizing the applicant tracking system for reviewing and hiring candidates for both Crossland Construction and Crossland Heavy
• Phone screening and in-person interviews for full time employees
• Assisting in the College Internship Program
• Ordering and tracking recruiting supply inventory levels
• Participating in Talent meetings and group calls
• Reporting to executives with hiring results
