Our client, a major utility company, is looking for a Lead Training Coordinator to support their team.
This contract position offers a starting pay rate of $35/hour.
Position will be remote, however, only candidates local to the Metro Detroit area will be considered.
The Lead Training Coordinator is responsible for the development of training materials, coordination of the logistical activities associated with the registration and support of classroom and distributed learning activities.
In this role, the selected candidate will:
- Coordinate reports, training, scheduling and other duties related to learning
- Develop and deliver communication materials, including train the trainer activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED Required; Bachelor Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in training development
- Understanding of database management systems
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
