Customer Service & Plant Technician Representative
This job has a variety of duties which includes, answering customer & plant care technician calls & emails daily, dealing with customer service issues, relaying messages to other staff, organizing technician routes in excel, Organizing daily routines with technicians, keeping track of employees & verifying hours, doing quotes & invoices in QuickBooks online. Responsible for keeping track of health & safety forms for all employees. Writing up manual files and various other jobs as assigned.

Must be proficient in excel, formulas and calculations. Must know access database. QuickBooks experience is preferred but will train for online QuickBooks.

Remote worker required, must be in office one day per week. Access to a reliable computer, telephone and printer.
