ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Monitors and maintains over payments, credits, and short payments are updated monthly.
  
  Completes various monthly account reconciliations.
• Maintain accounts receivable records according to set standards and procedures.
• Review past due invoice listings monthly and work with customers and / or internal sales staff to drive collection efforts on past due accounts.
• Answers customer’s questions concerning their weekly statement, pricing, and proof of deliveries for all customers on an as needed basis.
• Backup for all A/R functions.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Skills and Knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other industry-related field required.
• 3-5 years of related industry and management
• Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (written and verbal), analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
