Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Service:

   • Engage with current clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and policy-related questions promptly and professionally.
   • Provide expert guidance to clients regarding their insurance coverage options, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their policies.
   • Proactively assess client needs and suggest appropriate insurance products and coverage adjustments.

2. Sales Activities:

   • Actively participate in sales initiatives, promoting commercial insurance products and services to potential clients.
   • Utilize your knowledge of property and casualty insurance to customize insurance solutions tailored to clients’ specific business requirements.
   • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

3. Compliance and Documentation:

   • Ensure all client-related documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.
   • Adhere to industry regulations and company policies, maintaining compliance with licensing requirements and ethical standards.

4. Office Presence:

   • Work from our downtown McKinney office location, demonstrating punctuality and professionalism during normal office hours (Monday – Friday).
   • Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering a positive and productive office environment.

5. Qualifications:

   • Possess a valid license in property and casualty insurance.
   • Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in commercial insurance, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and products.
   • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex insurance concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
