Who you are :

You will be responsible for maintaining effective lines of communication between our schools and our Cross Country Education field employees.

You will work as a liaison, supporting both our schools and our employees while ensuring that our mission is reflected in all they do.

An ideal candidate for this position is a natural communicator and learner. To be successful in this role you must be able to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment all while maintaining a smile.

General Responsibilities :

• Filters and prioritizes email and tasks as needed
• Follows all processes
• Supports both clients and employees (and subsequently our students!)
• Answers phones
• Maintains inventory
• Reads over communications between team members and follows-up as needed
• Data entry (orders, employee files, etc.)
• Contributes to quality control checks
• Other relevant duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :

• Education : High School diploma
• 1 year of data entry
• 1 year of office experience

Preferred Qualifications :

• Some college or equal work and education combine
• 2+ years of data entry
• 2+ year of customer service experience
• 1+ year office experience, or similar

Hourly Rate : $18.50

Work conditions : This is a full-time position working out of our corporate office in Woodland Hills, CA. Long periods of sitting and being on the computer.

Up to 3% travel time to attend events and any trainings.
