Crobar Creative Leverage is seeking a positive, motivated, and well-rounded individual for a Social Media Manager position. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in all things social and should always be up-to-date on the latest ways of communicating. This individual should also be comfortable with thinking outside the box, a self-starter, and interested in working within a collaborative, often fast-paced environment.

This role will mainly be responsible for the complete social media management for several clients. This would include client meetings, project management, copywriting, calendar management, analytics and active posting across all channels (Instagram, FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc…), live posting as needed, interacting with followers, and more. You will work with a graphic designer. We want someone who can join our team seamlessly and create a unique, consistent, and interesting voice for our clients across all of their social platforms.

Skills required:

• A passion and thorough understanding of social media and its many functions.
• Able to promote one clear, consistent voice and tone across all platforms.
• A flexible approach and a willingness to adapt your ideas to the needs of the client.
• The ability to generate a reliable supply of original ideas, visual concepts, and more.
• The resilience to perform under pressure and the ability to deliver high-quality work to make tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in any of the Adobe Creative Suite programs is a plus!
• Knowledge of SEO is another plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 – $54,000.00 per year
