CRL Technologies Hiring for SENIOR PROGRAM LOGISTICS POSITION (SP) at Lexington Park, MD Full Time

***Security Clearance Required: A final Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Clearance***

This position does not provide a telework option. Candidate must be willing to work on-site in Patuxent River, MD.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support the execution of advanced development and research program. Work with program teams to integrate program Logistics requirements. Support the development of acquisition and logistics documentation. Serve as the Logistics focal point for coordination of logistics program status and execution throughout the design, engineering, integration, test, and program execution process. Analyze manufacturers’ proposals as permitted by law and regulation. Develop, execute, monitor, and status on program efforts including analysis of logistics data.

Tasks Performed:

Serve as the Logistics focal point for program technical execution, coordination, risk identification, and communication of concerns / issues with program management and technical leadership.

Support and provide insight to determine the effectiveness of program execution and recommend modifications to processes for program activities. Work with the team leads to develop out-year planning for requirements / capabilities, and provide input to roadmaps for analysis, risk reduction, development, and integration of advanced capabilities.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Associate’s Degree or higher in a relevant business or technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Experience can be substituted for education.
• Candidates must have at least 10 years of DoD Logistics experience and a thorough understanding of the DoD military platform logistics requirements from cradle to grave.

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Experience in coordinating data calls/briefs across multiple stakeholders while maintaining configuration version control and managing complex program schedules.
• Candidates should have demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.
• Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
• Candidates should have experience coordinating operations across multiple organizational boundaries.
• Candidates should have experience working in a dynamic, schedule constrained, and complex security environment.

Security Clearance Required: A final Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Clearance.

Estimated Travel: 20-30%
