Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities in the US, UK and beyond.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Our Client Coordinators are the primary relationship with the student post-sales. They are the anchor of each student’s team and the glue that brings all the moving parts together to ensure a great experience, successful delivery of our service, and achievement of student goals. They are also the primary relationship with the student’s parent (or guardian) post-sale, keeping them updated on progress and ensuring their satisfaction with our program. Ensuring successful delivery of our service program for your portfolio of customers, ensuring:

• Timely, high-quality service delivery – making sure it all happens as planned and fixing any issues along the way
• Customer satisfaction – a great experience through the service delivery process, looking to delight them at each step along the way
• Successful customer outcomes – we deliver on our commitments
• The candidate will need to work 10 am- 7 pm Mon-Fri with occasional weekend and after-hours work and working from home flexibility
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Being a problem-solver, an empathetic listener, and being resilient is essential to this role and being able to field complaints and achieve a resolution

The role will suit someone who is self-motivated and a fast learner, can remain calm under pressure, have an eye for detail, and approach everything with common sense. Full training and comprehensive induction and orientation will be provided.

• A passion for delivering a great service (and education – is a bonus)
• Experience delivering excellent customer service in customer success and/or account management
• Has handled difficult customers or situations and can demonstrate resolutions
• Experience working in a team environment with cross-functional peers
• Able to navigate data and take the initiative to find answers quickly
• Strong communicator
• Organizational and time management skills with proven ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin would be favourable but not required
