Duration: 4 Months, Contract
Location: Remote
Pay: $25.60

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with Recruiters to organize video interviews for candidates and internal employees via Outlook and Greenhouse applicant tracking system
• Managing candidate pipeline using the Greenhouse applicant tracking system, Trello, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
• Assisting with the pre-employment process for new hires, including but not limited to maintaining pre-employment screenings, and partnering with Recruiting Operations and HR Operations on hiring into the HRIS, Workday
• Collaborating and assisting with University Recruiting efforts as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience supporting recruiting operations to include interview scheduling and coordination
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• To qualify you should be familiar with basic recruiting practices and processes associated with interviewing and selecting candidates for positions
• Attention to detail and focus on candidate experience are required
