Crete Carrier Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Full Time

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process and develop a pipeline utilizing robust, creative, and outside the box sourcing strategies to identify and engage talent.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and place effective job postings to attract top level candidates.
• Proactively recruit both active and passive candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods including job boards, resume databases, social media channels and other cold calling sources.
• Manages the recruiting process, including assigning new position requests, interviewing, providing hiring recommendations, conducting background check investigations, making employment offers, and sending correspondence to candidates.
• Registers and attends career fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities, including shipping necessary recruiting materials to off-site locations.
• Track participants from events and evaluates the effectiveness of those events and s results to human resource team.
• Collaborates with marketing department to maintain appropriate social media presence.
• Creates and purchases recruiting materials for Company branding purposes.
• Develops relationships with high schools, colleges, community services, local chambers, employment agencies, media, and internet sites to connect with potential candidates.
• Collaborates with other departments regarding internship and management training programs.
• Receives and carries out instructions.
• Manages regular and predictable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; or three to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
• Ability to travel.

Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
