We have been in Indian market for almost 1 Year. About the product – We have a unique product of Mathematics online course for small kids aged between 3 to 8 Years.

Product – Services Description – Trail course for 15 days costing @INR 99- 250 Full course for almost 1 Year costing 12 to 15 thousand rupees.

Job description

A professional and friendly teacher who is in charge of kids’ study improvement and maintains a good relationship with users. This is a position with many calls as we are an online Edu app, all the doubts solving and support provided to children will be done through CRM, please do consider this before applying for the Mentor position.

[Responsibilities]

Job is divided into 2 Parts (Mentor and Sales which is Target oriented)

Part-1

For the 1st 15 days Students around 100 will provided to you by company who are under trail course. You as mentor you will teach guide and help those students to learn online and share the cards about students learning progress to the parents and start building good reputation with parents.

1. Make sure children attend the session, finish the homework, participate in learning with the institution. Assist children in reviewing their progress, skills, and achievements. Help children with their doubts and homework.

2. Monitoring the study performance of the children on a daily basis

3. Collates data and updates parents on the week-to-week learning status of the children through WhatsApp messages and calls.

4. Maintaining a good relationship with all your children and parents, solve all their problems, able to provide solutions for different cases. Provide the best support and get maximum satisfaction from users.

Part-2

Out of 100 students who were under Trail course under you for learning minimum 10 students should buy full course and you have to achieve the target in next 15 days and also your variable pay is directly linked to your performance and Achievement of your Target.

[Training Program [3 Days]

After Interview you’ll be having 3 Days Training Program.

Day 1. Trainer will gave you Introduction about company and the CRM we are using in details.

Day 2. Assessment Test will be held on Office along with Introductory Video.

Day 3. Mock Test- Conversion calls with Trainers and Introduction & Feedback of training session.
