Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area for a Director of Sales Marketing. The Director of Sales Marketing will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients. The Director of Sales Marketing will also be in charge of creating and executing marketing campaigns and coordinating events with the events team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in a senior sales and marketing role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of revenue management systems and tools, and experience working with property management systems (PMS)
