Crescendo is Looking For Full Cycle Sales Representative at Remote Full Time

About the role

Are you a skilled and motivated sales professional? Crescendo is looking for a driven full-cycle Sales Representative to join our sales team!

If you have a flair for conveying value and understand enterprise software buyers, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to quickly build value-based relationships with prospects, maximize contract value, and close B2B deals.

As a Sales Representative at Crescendo you will:

• Handle the full sales cycle from lead sourcing to closing the deal
• Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
• Present demos of our software platform to interested prospects
• Develop proposals that target client needs and maximize account value
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

The skillset:

• 2+ years work experience as an Account Executive, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Experience selling B2B software solutions
• Proven ability to juggle multiple leads at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have, but not essential:

• Have experience using HubSpot to track and manage deals
• Fluent in French

Compensation: OTE $240,000
