The Role
As our Internal Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting the best industry talent. You’ll manage the full cycle recruitment process, working with hiring managers to produce inspiring job descriptions and coordinate creative talent acquisition practices. You will work with the business to fully understand the talent acquisition requirements. You will screen applications, conduct initial calls and produce shortlists for hiring managers, arranging first and subsequent interviews and attending interviews when requested. You’ll also be responsible for selling the organisation to candidates and ensuring the brand is presented as an exciting opportunity – you’ll understand the business and how to portray it to candidates.
