The Role
As our Internal Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting the best industry talent. You’ll manage the full cycle recruitment process, working with hiring managers to produce inspiring job descriptions and coordinate creative talent acquisition practices. You will work with the business to fully understand the talent acquisition requirements. You will screen applications, conduct initial calls and produce shortlists for hiring managers, arranging first and subsequent interviews and attending interviews when requested. You’ll also be responsible for selling the organisation to candidates and ensuring the brand is presented as an exciting opportunity – you’ll understand the business and how to portray it to candidates.
Responsibilities**

• Management of end-to-end candidate acquisition process
• Managing briefing meetings with hiring managers to fully understand vacancy and candidate requirements
• Creating compelling recruitment advertising for external hiring/posting
• Creating internal advertising and managing internal applications
• Reviewing candidate applications
• Headhunting and direct sourcing of candidates (engaging a passive market)
• Identify and utilise a variety of resources for engaging talent (e.g job fairs, business relationships with universities and other educational organisations, maintaining the lowest possible cost point)
• Virtual screening and face to face interviews (where appropriate)
• Arranging interviews and coordinating logistics
• Dealing with speculative applications
• Identifying skills to match them appropriately with current vacancies
• Managing the verbal offer process, overcoming any candidate objections
• Dealing with general candidate queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics and other aspects
• Understanding of market salaries
• Candidate relationship management
• Recruitment administration

Key Skills & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years active agency or in house recruitment experience
• Must have a solid understanding of technology and technical product focused businesses
• A thorough knowledge of recruitment related legislation
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced and high energy environment
• Experienced in dealing professionally with confidential and sensitive information and applying discretion
• Experience successfully sourcing candidates across a variety of disciplines (with a particular focus on technology and product recruitment)
• Proven ability to manage a vacancy briefing effectively to fully understand the candidate requirements
• Ability to ‘sell’ the business and opportunity to candidates both active and passive
• Strong communication skills at all levels
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced organisation
• Highly organised with the ability to organise others

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR, Management etc.) or comparable academic training and relevant industry experience.
• Specific recruitment qualifications through awarding bodies such as the CIPD will be an advantage.
