Summary

CACIB Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all HR aspects related to permanent hiring activities across all CACIB business lines in London specifically this role is providing professional resourcing services for senior hires. The team is also responsible for the delivery and management of all aspects related to various student career events based in the UK and works closely with Paris on global best practice attraction strategies. The Talent Acquisition team is working as one team with London HR colleagues and in cooperation with Paris to deliver a proactive and commercially focused HR services to line managers within the framework of CACIB HR.

The Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for the end to end operational, system and co-ordination support related to Resourcing. The TA Analyst is also responsible for supporting and coordinating early career events managed by the TA Team.

From time to time, the incumbent will be required to support various HR projects, act as back-up/support for other operational roles within HR. The role will also require working with the Learning & Talent team on implementation of new types of early career programmes, a development pathway and reviewing current programmes. The role will also require working closely with HR Business Partners and the HR Operation team in relation to hiring activities and updates on successful candidates.

The Talent Acquisition Analyst will support and report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

The role will involve regular liaison with external candidates, agencies and internal hiring managers to ensure the smooth running of the recruitment process.
