Creative Solutions in Healthcare has a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Corporate Accounts Payable Clerk. Our organization is in rapid growth mode with opportunities for the right candidate both laterally and vertically. This position reports directly to the Accounts Payable Director.

Essential Duties:

• Assist the Director and perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payables transactions.
• Reconcile accounts payables transactions (Consolidated billings and single)
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Transaction entries for consolidated billing
• Post transactions to ledgers- due to from
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Provide supporting documentation for audits
• Assist in month end close to meet required deadlines
• Get mail-open, date received stamp, and sort by facility
• Enter all consolidated billing into Great Plains-due to from
• Responsible for entering, reconciling, and paying vendors for a few assisted livings and nursing homes.
• Process payment on Med A claims-follow through the proper procedure/protocol
• Post monthly and process payment on all Medical Directors/Rents/Autos/Insurance(s)
• Help in reconciling some of the larger accounts/vendors
