Responsibilities:
-Maintain Recon sheets to appropriately track products and keep other departments informed. Review Recon sheets daily and ensure any issues or discrepancies have been addressed.
-Receive and input orders then send order information to the appropriate departments.
-Review customer charges for accuracy.
-Review open orders and update information as needed.
-Track additional product stocked in freezers and inform customers of any changes.
-Quickly address changes made by the customer and update departments internally. Work with freight team to get changes cancelled or schedule in the appropriate timeframe.
-Maintain and send paperwork to accounting weekly.
-Cross-train on other CSR accounts. Assist with accounts as needed with other CSRs are out of the office.
-All other task as assigned.
