Creative Gardens Early Education Hiring for Academic Program Director Job at Ashburn, VA Full Time

Creative Gardens Early Education is looking for an Academic Director to work directly with our CEO and Regional Director to innovate, iterate, and implement a new approach to early childhood education. We are venture backed and early stage in foundation building to scale our schools/curriculum nationwide.

The Academic Director would report directly to our Regional Director and who’s job role would include but not be limited to:

• Research and Development in the Montessori, Reggio, Waldorf, International Baccalaureate, and Traditional Approaches.
• Help to innovate and create a framework to which values each learner for who they are and how they learn.
• Develop in-line, formative assessment tools to receive accurate real-time data to support the competency of learners.
• Develop tools and frameworks to quantify social emotional learning growth.
• Work directly with students, educators, directors, and leadership to create feedback loops for our innovative approach.
• Develop scalable training for our teams to implement our curriculum.
• Be comfortable with a blended approach not only in pedagogy but also in technology.
• Design experiences for our learners, educators and parents that are harmonious with our approach.
• Be willing to travel a few times per year to San Francisco, Boston, Canada and potentially more areas as more sites develop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
