OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will act as a talent advisor to hiring leaders while providing full cycle recruitment services supporting product development, engineering, and other technical roles. This role is remote and has a flexible schedule so long as the work is completed. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will build strong relationships with candidates, promoting the best experience to all candidates by demonstrating the company value, culture, and mission. You will be making a direct impact utilizing your skills to capture top talent while helping people achieve their career aspirations.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to assess requirements and come up with recruiting strategies to engage and interview top talent in the competitive market
• Design innovative recruitment strategies aligned to current or forecasted technical talent for specified roles, multiple needs, and/or opportunistic talent
• Manage an outstanding and efficient candidate and hiring manager experience
• Source and assess qualified candidates through the use of LinkedIn, Boolean searches, user groups, referrals, networking, and other channels
• Uses networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for qualified candidates

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within technology or financial services a plus
• Proven experience in building and managing diverse pipelines including Global Networking
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical talent in a high-growth environment within the technology industry
• Possess the ability to multitask, prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance
• Experienced with Workday and Prism Analytics
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or related field
