Day-to-Day Tasks and Skills Required:

• Your time will be spent primarily on the phone and in video meetings. Must be a people-person.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, call references, consult clients, recommend professionals for hire. Must be intuitive.
• Track your calls, take notes in your conversations, import data into spreadsheets and databases. Must be detail oriented.
• Manage your own schedule and tackle any issues that arise. Must be quick at problem-solving.
• Collaborate with your co-workers and clients to find win-win-win solutions. Must be a strong negotiator.
• Network, email, share helpful industry insight, sell our services, represent CFS. Must be confident.

Create a network of professionals in your city for career matchmaking purposes! You will manage both halves of the recruiting process. 50% of your time will be spent with clients (hiring managers) and 50% with candidates (job-seekers).

Prospect, call and meet with key decision-makers to discover job opportunities and build relationships. Explain and sell your recruiting services. Uncover exactly what clients need and assist them in hiring their perfect employee. Our expertise is filling positions within the accounting and finance departments. You will create and maintain a list of vetted candidates available for direct-hire, permanent opportunities ranging from Entry to Executive-Level. You will also work with your team to find the best possible fit for each job.

Our office is large and beautiful, located on the South side of the Twin Cities in Bloomington. This role will require in-person training so that you can learn from the entire team, join in on the office camaraderie, share leads, and more. After training, your schedule will move to a flexible/hybrid model.
