Day-to-Day in this Position:

• This an Entry Level talent acquisition / recruiting role in which you will develop and maintain relationships with IT professionals
• Post ads for new job openings and sift through resumes/applications
• Conduct phone screenings, interviews, reference checks and background checks
• Get to know job applicants, their skills, and their preferred company environment
• Collaborate with your team and assist in matching each job opening/company to the perfect candidate
• Place many phone calls, schedule, and attend video meetings, touch base frequently over email

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Communications, or another relevant field (preferred)
• Bonus: Knowledge of IT fundamentals
