Creative Financial Staffing Hiring for Recruiter (Entry-Mid Level) Job at Madison, WI Full Time

CFS is hiring a Recruiter! This is a staffing role that focuses on sourcing candidates, developing relationships, and managing the employment process for job-seeking professionals in the Madison area.

Position Activities:

• Find and qualify job seekers by posting job ads, sifting through resumes, conducting interviews, checking references, giving advice, answering questions and following up.
• Get to know applicants, their skills, and their preferred company environment. Then collaborate with your team to recommend ideal candidates for each job opening.
• Guide candidates through the interviewing and hiring process. Check in frequently with candidates and their employers to make sure the job runs smoothly.

• Work Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, great at time-management and scheduling
• People Skills: Makes friends easily, retains customers, has a great sense of humor, intuitive – can “read the room”
• Communication Skills: Confident speaker, professional writer, active listener. Can retain lots if information and summarize it clearly for others.
• Background: Some professional experience in a customer or client-facing role: retail, sales, management, hospitality, fundraising, coaching, etc.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Communications, or another relevant field
