Due to growth in our business and the local market, Creative Financial Staffing is adding to our Minneapolis team! In this role, you will manage both sides of the professional recruiting process: connect with clients (hiring mangers) who have job openings and recruit candidates (job seekers) to fill those positions.

Position Details:

• Create and grow relationships with professionals in your city
• Ask questions, learn about businesses and people; and explain how CFS can help, sell our services
• Source, recruit, and interview financial professionals—be an advocate for their careers
• Collaborate with your team to find the best possible candidate for each job
• Be a match maker– match qualified candidates with job opportunities at client companies
• Ensure successful placements; follow up

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional job tenure
• Experience in customer or client-facing role, regardless of industry (sales, recruiting, accounting, finance, or professional services preferred)
• Ability to commute to our office in Bloomington for in-person training, before transitioning to a flexible schedule
• Skills: strong interpersonal communication, time-management/scheduling, knack for “reading people” and making connections
• Personality: self-motivated, likes to learn, enjoys problem-solving, likes to work on a variety of different tasks

• Compensation: base salary + uncapped commission + bonuses + free company stock (equity in CFS as an employee-owner)
