Overview of the Payroll Specialist Role:
- Process weekly high-volume payroll
- Maintain payroll records
- Transfer labor hours to correct job
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
- Additional special projects as requested
Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist Role:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll
- Union payroll experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
- Experience with Vista Viewpoint and or Workday a plus
