Overview of the Payroll specialist Role:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP and electronic timekeeping system.
  • Set up direct deposit setup and initiate deposits on paydays
  • Report to department manager regarding daily activities and issue
  • Maintain payroll records
  • Process manual checks
