Jr. Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Settling credit card payments for checked out guests
• Liaising between guest & Manager should transactions decline
• Using Opera systems to send receipt/folio to guests
• Manually & accurately entering F&B physical checks into system
• Assisting in journal entries & ad hoc accounts reconciliation aid

Experience Preferred:

• 1 year applicable Economics, Accounting, or Finance knowledge a plus
• Basic – Intermediate Excel Skills
• Tech savvy – Willing to learn new systems quickly
• Strong, friendly communication skills & eager to grow with a stellar team
