CFS is hiring a client-facing Executive Recruiter to focus on finding and filling permanent job openings in the Portland area. The Position:

• Associate to Mid-Level role is focused on creating a network of professionals in your city
• Combine sales and recruiting: you will connect with clients (hiring mangers) who have job openings and recruit candidates (job seekers) to fill those positions.
• We provide top tier accounting and finance talent to our clients through a matchmaking process. You will maintain a list of vetted candidates as well as collaborate with your team (in-person!) to find the best possible fit for each job
• Follow up with clients—ensure successful placement, fix any issues, grow the account
• Considered a “Full-Desk” recruiting, and “Full-Cycle” B2B sales position by those in the business

Ideal Fit:

• Work Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, great at time-management and scheduling. Good working independently or on a team, likes a bustling environment.
• People Skills: Makes friends easily, retains customers, has a great sense of humor, intuitive – can “read the room” and adapt accordingly.
• Communication Skills: Confident, professional, persuasive, and concise, both verbally and in writing. Can retain lots if information and summarize it clearly for others.
• Other: Self-motivated, competitive, wants to make money and manage their job like it is their own business.
