What You’ll Do:

• Oversee accounting department – creating processes, efficiencies and mentoring your team to understand their jobs
• Prepare and analyze financial statements while working with the CPA
• Develop and enforce security measures: separating bank reconciliations, check writing, deposits and ACH’s
• Supervise staff of 2
• Oversee IT – will be going through a software migration leading this project and being the subject matter expert on the application for implementation and training
• Human Resources – preliminary interviews, employee records/onboarding, and working with the payroll provider
