We are currently working with a small, but complex organization who is looking to hire a talented hands-on Assistant Controller. This Assistant Controller will work directly with the CFO.

Assistant Controller Responsibilities:

  • Manage the month-end close process
  • Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
  • Detailed analysis of A/R, A/P and inventory accounts
  • Detailed variance analysis on all expense accounts
  • Assist in year-end closing
  • Cash flow analysis and forecasting
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Special projects and ad hoc reports

Assistant Controller Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Hands on experience as a Controller is required.
  • Tech Savvy – Advanced Excel
