Bookkeeper Assistant
We’re looking for a dedicated and hardworking bookkeeper assistant with experience doing within the accounting field utilizing QuickBooks.
If you love working with numbers and having a variety of tasks, have a high attention to detail and a natural ability to work in a small team-THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU.
Overview of The Bookkeeper Assistant role:
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, etc.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable in QuickBooks
- Back up to payroll in ADP
- Administrative Tasks
- Generate monthly statements to customers
Preferred Qualifications for The Bookkeeper Assistant Role
- Previous Bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Experience with QuickBooks required
- Can take instruction easily
- Can multitask
