Responsibilities for the AR Coordinator:

  • The AR Coordinator will Prepare A/R Aging report weekly for submission to CEO, CFO and Controller
  • Making collections calls to receive overdue payments
  • The AR Coordinator will post vendor credits and payments on accounts
  • Handle cash applications

Preferred Qualifications for the AR Coordinator:

  • 1-3 years of AR experience
  • Intermediate with Excel (pivot tables, v lookups)
  • Tech savvy
