Responsibilities for the AR Coordinator:
- The AR Coordinator will Prepare A/R Aging report weekly for submission to CEO, CFO and Controller
- Making collections calls to receive overdue payments
- The AR Coordinator will post vendor credits and payments on accounts
- Handle cash applications
Preferred Qualifications for the AR Coordinator:
- 1-3 years of AR experience
- Intermediate with Excel (pivot tables, v lookups)
- Tech savvy
