Accounting & Office Admin

Overview of the role:

• Prepare and monitor invoices
• Manage accounts receivable
• Gather and report field & office payroll/time to the corporate office
• Maintain supplies inventory and order office supplies when necessary
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Answer and direct phone calls, backup for the reception desk when required
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail
• Maintain up-to-date employee records
• Maintain job files and other required job reporting
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role preferred
