Overview of the Accounting Clerk position:
- Responsible for full cycle Accounts Payables: processing very high volume of invoices per week
- Weekly check run
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable
- Process refunds and credits
- Bank reconciliations, assist in month end closing, and journal entries
What are the requirements for the Accounting Clerk position?
- 1 – 3 years accounting experience (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable)
- Understands the difference between credits for customers vs. vendors
- NetSuite experience is a plus! +
