ABOUT THE COMPANY
- Our client is looking for an Accounting Associate to join their growing team! They have been in the Twin Cities market for the past 75 years and boasts a team-oriented culture: they are all about the success of their employees!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Accounting Associate will reconcile accounts and credit payments to customer accounts
- Keep track of past due accounts and send correspondence
- Generate monthly statements to customers and process any payments
- Enter records accurately within company standards
- Complete various tasks as assigned
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Must have at least 1 year experience working with AP/AR
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains strongly preferred – or demonstrated ability to learn new software
- Data entry experience required
- Eagerness to grow
