Accounting Assistant

  • Full cycle Accounts Payables including month end close
  • Process invoices and reconcile trust account
  • Monthly variance analysis of expenses
  • Review balance sheet accounts and perform reconciliations

What the company needs in an Accounting Assistant:

  • Must have 3+ years’ accounting experience
  • Accounting Assistant must have great communication, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Excel – Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPS
  • Bachelors or associates in accounting is a plus!+
