Accounting Assistant

What the Accounting Assistant will do:
- Full cycle Accounts Payables including month end close
- Process invoices and reconcile trust account
- Monthly variance analysis of expenses
- Review balance sheet accounts and perform reconciliations
What the company needs in an Accounting Assistant:
- Must have 3+ years’ accounting experience
- Accounting Assistant must have great communication, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Excel – Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPS
- Bachelors or associates in accounting is a plus!+
