RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Accounting Specialist will reconcile accounts and credit payments to customer accounts
• Keep track of past due accounts and send correspondence
• Code, review, and post all vendor invoices as well as confirm approval of invoices
• Generate monthly statements to customers and process any payments
• Enter records accurately within company standards
• Lien Waiver maintenance
• Complete various tasks as assigned

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• Invoicing experience
• Experience within the construction or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred
• Enjoys working with others but is also able to perform well independently
• Eagerness to grow
