Overview of the Controller – Accounting and Finance Role:

• Oversight of Accounting and Finance operations
  • Budgets, pricing, forecast, DOD knowledge
• Monitor project variance
  • Actual to budget and forecast for monthly, quarterly, and annual comparisons
• Analysis of projects and full-cycle accounting with supervisory duties
• Coordinate and implement controls of pricing forecast and accounting standards in compliance with DCAA, DCMA

Preferred Qualifications for the Controller – Accounting and Finance Role:

• 5+ years in full-cycle accounting and financial reports
• Excel – pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation
• 2+ years of effective leadership and overhaul of pricing analysis
• Exposure to various contract types such as FFP, T&M, CBFF
• Bachelors degree or higher required
• Demonstrates motivation and teamwork in a veteran-friendly, family-oriented work atmosphere.
