Creative Cup Cafe is Looking for Assistant Manager Full Time

As a member of our restaurant team, the Assistant Manager has several key responsibilities including ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, managing and supervising staff, and supervising maintenance. The Individual must also be willing to learn how to make food.

Responsibilities:

• Process employee timecards.
• Create time sheets.
• Work with payroll department to calculate gross pay, taxes, and deductions and submit to accounting department.
• Review pay rates, hours, and benefits with new hires.
• Make changes to employee files.
• Oversee the maintenance of personnel files.
• Coordinate orientation of new employees.
• Oversee the on-boarding of new employees.

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
