Creative Construction Solutions Hiring for Software Implementation Specialist Job at Draper, UT Full Time

Work part time from home. –In a nutshell, we are looking for someone that can help with implementing our CRM (Hubspot) and doing miscellaneous integrations. Work from home 5-ish hours a week.

Your responsibilities would be –

• Helping setup our CRM. (We haven’t decided on a CRM yet, but we’re thinking about using Hubspot).
• Integrating our CRM with our construction management software (Contractor Foreman) – It’s okay if you’re not familiar with this program.
• Helping with misc. tasks like setting up automation for our CRM, doing maintenance on Contractor Foreman and helping cut down on redundancies with the use of programs like Zapier.

Required skills –

• Familiar CRM’s (Hubspot)
• Familiar with Zapier
• Extremely computer savvy

You can pick your own hours. Generally speaking, when there is something that needs to be done/fixed/integrated on one of our programs, it’s not urgent (If it’s addressed within the week, that would be great).
