Creative Circle Hiring for Digital Marketing Manager at New York, NY, United States Full Time

Our client, a well-known beauty brand, is looking for a freelance Digital Marketing Manager to work 40 hours per week onsite at the LA office! This is a 12 month contract role, but could convert to full-time for the right candidate.

The Digital Marketing Manager will :

• develop / implement digital marketing strategies to enhance their online presence, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns
• analyze performance metrics to make recommendations, and optimize initiatives
• identify / collaborate with influencers + brand ambassadors to create authentic / engaging content, and manage influencer relationships
• oversee social media presence across various channels, and curate content that drives engagement
• take charge of ecommerce operations, and help optimize the online shopping experience (product listings, pricing strategies, customer experience enhancements, etc.)
• stay up to date on industry trends, and supervisor / mentor junior marketing team members

The Digital Marketing Manager has :

• 3-5 years of experience ideally in digital marketing, with some proficiency in ecommerce preferred
• strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and social media trends
• ability to read / understand analytics + make recommendations
• strong copywriting skills (social media captions, website marketing copy, emails, etc.)
• ability to work onsite at their LA office
