Background / Experience we are seeking for the Digital Marketing Director:
> 10+ years digital marketing experience (web, social, content marketing)
> Preferred advertising agency experience
> Preferred B2C (CPG) and B2B experience
> Ecommerce experience a plus
> Strong technical skills, proficient with Google Website Tools
> Knowledge of CRM systems, tech stack and marketing automation

Day to Day for the Digital Marketing Director:
> Lead B2B/B2C/B2P strategy across websites, social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM/PPC, affiliate/influencer and email marketing and

> Collaborate with our team of digital specialists to define roadmaps and bring projects successfully to fruition.
> Influence strategic recommendations using data and insights and lead customer journey mapping exercises. > Champion the use of data to understand behaviors and uncover unexpected insights that inspire bold ideas.
> Inspire thinking and facilitate brainstorms
> Provide thought leadership with a holistic view and push thinking by sharing the latest trends, insights and best practices.
> Define measurement goals, create s and demonstrate ROI
> Advise on how to refine and redefine process to create space for innovation while realizing executional efficiencies.
>Build internal capabilities, identifying team structure and needs for agency growth.
