CRC Industries Hiring for Machine Operator A (Senior Level) at Warminster, PA Full Time

MISSION:

To operate and maintain the propellant-charging stations (gassing) in a safe manner and to insure production rates and quality standards are reliably met.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

· Minimum three (3) years of high-speed aerosol packaging required.

Education:

· High School Graduate or GED required

Skills:

· Excellent mechanical skills

· Dependable and Cooperative

· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions diligently

· Ability to complete work with minimal supervision

· Ability to supervise a group if necessary

· Ability to safely operate a fork lift

· Ability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds

· 100% compliance with safety standards and procedures

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up, do change-overs, and operate the gasser, filler, and small bottle line in a safe manner.
• Set up, do change-overs, and operate critical and non-critical aerosol machines and other production equipment as assigned.
• Utilize Route Cards, Picklists and any software information to verify correct components for production runs.
• Comply with ISO 9000 production procedures.
• Perform supervisory duties as needed.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on machines.
• Follow all safety regulations, and unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Complete required paperwork for Production records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Production Equipment: The gasser and all mechanical equipment other than aerosol line critical and non-critical machines.

Run: Operate, watch, clear minor jams (calls for help on other problems), start and stop, and perform quality checks. Not set-up or changeover.

Set-up: Change machine from any product to any other product and fully set up machine to run the new product. Perform required clean-out and quality checks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $29.00 per hour
